Ok, here's some stuff

  • The other day I saw a frugal gorilla at the grocery store. I mean it's one thing to see a gorilla at the grocery store, but a money conscious gorilla! Now that's something else!
(OK it's Kade, he's funny in case you didn't know)

  • Just when I thought these babies couldn't get any cuter.....

(I didn't even mean to match them!)

  • Some weddings! Gish, Kade's best friend, got married in Logan and my friend Tawni got married here in St. G. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of Tawni's, but I loved seeing all these happy newlyweds!

  • I'm loving life right now, St. George in fall is so nice! I'm glad to be out of the snowy tundra of Logan....no offense Loganites!

Bahhh! I've got nothing to say

I like...

I like....Zumba! I can't help it. I just love to dance everyday. Back in the day (the single days that is) I loved to go to dance parties, and ever since we got married I have felt a void of dancing. Don't get me wrong I still have dance parties in my living room, but it's just not quite the same. So as of late I have been thinking about becoming Zumba certified and instructing. The only thing holding me back is my nerves about trying out for jobs and if I can get a room full or women to do the cheesy "woot woot" on certain moves. Perhaps someday I'll get up the nerves and do it, because lets face it I'm not exactly in a career with my psych degree.
I like... my family. As amazing as beautiful St. George is the drawback is a lack of family. When Renee and Thomas took back their cute lil Kate to her real home after a visit I almost cried. I said to Kade, "They took my baby. I miss my baby!" I don't like all my nieces growing up without me around. No fair.

I also like this..... Molly, doing her thing, just watching tele. Like all normal dogs do in their free time!

I like....

I like.....Zumba! Why you ask? I just do! I've started going to Zumba when we moved down here to St. George and I have to say it makes me happy every day. Back in the day (the single days) I looooved dance parties and since we've been married I have felt a void from not being able to dance as much. Don't get me wrong I still have dance parties by myself in the living room, but it's just not the same. Lately I have been thinking about getting Zumba certified and becoming an instructor, my only dilemma is if I have the guts to go through with it. I'm not sure if I can handle the the nerves of trying out at gyms for jobs and getting women to yell cheesy "woot woots!", during certain maneuvers. Maybe eventually I'll get the nerves to do it, because so far I'm not exactly in a career with my Psych degree.
I like....my family. I miss them, and even though it's been a while since they came down, here is a picture of Kate, my cute lil neice. When Renee and Thomas took her back to her real home I almost cried and said to Kade, "They took my baby! Where's my baby?" :(
I like....Molly. She's funny. Sometimes you can't tell she's 15 years-old. Here she is chilling/watching tv. You know, just doing her thing.

Molly, Bulgy, Blue Gill, MTC

This is our new dog MOLLY, her owners Fred and Vanna (Kade's parents) recently left for their mission to Jamaica and of course couldn't bring her with them. Molly's 15 years-old and yes I'm gonna try to teach her new tricks. She's a sweetie.

Sunday we had a family party at Kade's sister's house. It was fun! Lots of food.

Monday we dropped Fred and Vanna off at the MTC. We helped them bring their luggage to their room and I had a small glimpse into the life of a missionary.

Tuesday we went to Lagoon with my sweet Mom, Ryan, Renee, Isabel and Lucy. It was so fun! I love Lagoon, this is Isabel riding BULGY the Whale (or as she called it, "Wedgy the Whale!"

Speaking of nieces we got to see another new niece, McKenzie! I love all my nieces, and although I don't really fit in this picture I hope it displays my love for them!

One thing Kade is doing for fun is fishing in a pond near our house. He is a master at catching BLUE GILLS. He caught about 12 of these little guys in a row, but of course he released them! We're hoping we can find more fun things like that to do around these parts.

Here I am with something between my teeth...
And heres Kade:

Summa Time! (And the livings easy)

Greetings from St. George! Well here we are, starting a new chapter of our life in this hot and exciting city. Before I go into that let me fill you in on the past month. Kade and I graduated from USU! Woot woot! I kind of had to drag him to the commencement ceremony with Danny Glover as the speaker, but I'm pretty sure he enjoyed himself and I know I did! He wasn't too excited about graduating, because he's not done with school yet. After graduating we had a two day frenzy of cleaning and moving out of our apartment in Logan (such fond memories of our first little love nest). We then spent a couple weeks with my fam in South Weber. It was great! We had a lot of family get togethers and did fun things like a sushi party and Ryan and Renee's house. Kade was way better than me at making sushi! Which isn't very surprising if you know how we are haha. I already miss my family :( but hopefully they'll visit us sometimes, and we'll try to go up as often as we can. Our last stop traveling the great state of Utah was the one and only St. George. Kade's parents mission farewell was on Sunday so all of his family came down. While they were in town we celebrated Kade's birthday! The big 25, he's so old! We went to the pizza factory and Kade's aunt whispered to the waitress that it was his birthday and somewhat accidentally ordered a "birthday pizza" and ice cream! When it came out, all the nearby tables joined us in singing Happy Birthday. Kade held up his prize pizza to the crowd and dropped it on his lap! He says he got caught up in the heat of the attention and ended up doing something stupid haha. Thus in the picture, he's holding it with his fingers! Well that's us for now! I love St. George already! I'm working on my tan and am loving Zumba at a local gym we joined. So far we're avoiding jobs, but I'm sure we'll have to accept reality soon and start working!

New Camera/ New Niece

What's new with us you ask? How about a quick run down of some of the newest and best things going on with us. (No, this isn't our baby by the way)
1. I got a new camera! As you can tell by the picture of us at first dam I am loving the color accent feature. I'm not attempting to become a great photographer by any means, but I hope to become better at picture taking/ blogging due to this beautiful camera.
2. I have a new niece. Katelyn Elizabeth Frisby. She is so precious!
3. Kade and I are graduating on Saturday! I'm so excited. I can't believe this day has come! Now if I only I can figure out what to do with my degree in psychology. Any ideas? I figure I'll just relax for a little while and then start job searching and soul searching to find a job that fits me well.
4. I just got off my last shift of work at Olive Garden. However, I will continue working at Olive Garden in St. George when we move down. Leaving a workplace is always bittersweet, a real love/hate relationship ya know?
5. Yes, that's right we're moving to St. George. I'm so excited! Nothing is better than the sunshine, red rocks, and happy spirit of St. George. Moving down, means being farther from our family and friends so if you'd like to come visit let me know! We'll be happy to have friendly faces come visit. I plan on being by the pool a lot and going on hikes in snow canyon.
6. We're gonna live with my parents in South Weber for a couple of weeks between our Logan move and our St. George move. I'm excited to spend time with my family and get to play with all of my cute nieces!
Well that's about all for now, I couldn't think of ten things to say. That's just asking to much!

Proof

Until I do get a new camera to put pictures up, here is some proof that we are alive and occassionally due fun things! Like ice-skate. Kade brought a football and we threw that around the whole time. I am much more athletic since we've been married.

Lately....

Well, let's see Kade and I have been married for 8 months now right?! Everyone says it, but time does really go by fast! What have we been up to, you ask? Well I am having a busier than usual semester, which is totally cutting away from my tv time! Hello! It's probably busier mainly because I procrastinated a lot till the last semester ( like taking my apprenticeship class requiring 120 hours of research and an applied internship and taking all the CILS required to graduate) Opps! I wouldn't be Michelle if I didn't procrastinate. I'm just trying to be myself. Anywho Kade lately is loving basketball. It's his new favorite thing to see how many days of the week he can play basketball with friends, co-workers, strangers, mainly anyone that gives him their business card. He loves sports and loves being the best at them so it's no wonder why he bought new shoes for his endeavour to be really good at basketball now. I need a new camera so that I can upload pictures up on this thing. That's the main reason people look at blogs. Pictures! Well that's all for now. Kade loves basketball lately, and I am busier than usual which is probably still not as busy as many of you ambitious people.
More to come....maybe.

I'm so bad at this!

The blogging world. It appears to be a world full of elitist. Yes I'm sure I just spelled elitist wrong, and therefore I definitely am not one. It's so foreign. So beautiful and wonderful. Well someone teach me how to make mine look beautiful! I can't even delete the last post I wrote on a whim when I originally made this blog.
Love Michelle
I'm sure soon I shall be amazing at this stuff!
